Don’t like the feel of this at all. Concerned with the energy on the defensive end. Looks more like the Penn State game than the Michigan game right now. Minnesota is getting to every spot they want to.

Hard to justify playing Morgan the way he’s playing right now and how he played the last game.

we haven’t fouled either. So not the strongest of contests too.

Speaking of fouling, I want meah back in. He put a ton of pressure on their bigs

We are getting very little out of the post so far. A few rebounds. They need to value the ball (haven’t all season) and take better shots. They can get to the basket and draw fouls. 
 

and yeah the defense has been poor to say the least. They should be able to get any shot they want. And if they play good D, they will win handily.

Did you expect us to just run a team that was 6-5 in their last 11 B1G games out of the gym?

Minny is playing to make the B1G tournament. We are playing ti make the NCAA tourney. It’s embarrassing that we have the least amount of urgency! Come on!!!! Light the fire someone!!!

It’s much less about the expectations against a certain opponent and the overall look and feel of this team. The Big Ten coaches have adjusted and understand our extreme offensive limitations. In no way does this current iteration of the team look like an NCAA team.

We've gotten blown out several time this year and had to rally against some bad teams. Who do you think this team would beat in the tournament?

 

You also make 6-5 seem like an amazing record. It isn't. We shouldn't be down 8 to this team

The Walker/Griesel team would blow the doors off this version of this team

This is one quiet crowd.  Not that the team is doing to much to inspire noise.  I miss having a spirit squad that had some spirit.  I miss the days of the "Defense...Defense" chant. Something to get the crowd into it.
