Is Joe Mckeown on the hot seat?

his class a couple years ago....weren't they rated #7? and, if i remember correctly, had a pretty highly rated one after that.

does make you wonder how long he might coach. i think he will be back for next season.

you never know what is going on behind the scenes, but, i believe the AD would have to have a pretty reputable coach that would take the job for McKeown to be gone. jmo

This NU starting lineup really seems to play well together. They seem to compliment each others skills. Still could use some more driving to basket. So sub in Petrie (she needs more floor time some how.) and a couple others and the play stays fairly consistent. Please no one get hurt tonight.

Watched some of the ILL and Indiana game, and ILL looked pretty good beating Indiana. So game may be a tough one at ILL. They thrive on their home court.

don't want to look ahead, but, will say this. watched a couple of illinois games lately and they looked more like the illinois team i expected all season. win these home games and  odds are huskers looking at either the 4th or 5th seed in the BTT. MSU needs to stumble though.

I hope she sticks with this lineup as well and let's them gain time playing together using their strengths.  If we play well everyone will get a chance to contribute.  Hope we have a good crowd to support our team especially with what is going on.  GBR

Another short turnaround for NU after playing on Sat.  For sure we want a really good effort and execution tonight.  Certainly don't want to see what happened against Rutgers.  A nice "butt whooping" would be satisfying.  That would probably help continue to build team confidence also.  GBR!!

I know one of the team trainers, and I found out that White is playing with a dislocated knee and partially torn meniscus. The injury happened in the last 20 seconds of the Rutgers game. What a shame, especially at this point in the season.

Thats kinda a HIPPA violation right.

Some hot shooting has us in the lead.  We missed bunnies and had wide open players where we couldn’t make a decent pass. This game could get ugly if we don’t clean up the sloppy play and start making point blank shots.

Love the rim.
