I think people's expectations are a little to high for Miles and staff in only their 2nd year. Were you expecting him to be signing kids over Duke or KU? I think it's been nothing short of amazing the kids he's been able to sign in his short time here and the national attention he is drawing to this program. That is getting talented kids we've never even thought about, at least visiting the campus. We can't sign all of them. We have kids like Trey Dickerson who everyone is after and we are in his top 3. Yes, it's disappointing if we lose them but again, it's only been 2 years under Coach Miles. Rome was built in a day......

Trey just tweeted at me that he is coming to Nebraska next for an official visit. It's to bad he won't be able to see a game atsmophere but at least he is coming.

If we beat Indiana and Wisconsin, it isn't going to matter what anyone else does as we'd be in. We just have to take care of our own business and not rely on other teams to lose or win for us to get in.

I really expected him to come here for the Wisconsin game but not going to happen. This gives Iowa a strong recruiting advantage when he goes there for a game on his official visit and will come here to see an empty arena. Also, his mom must live in Iowa or something as he posted on his twitter account that he will get to see his mom this weekend and hasn't seen her for a long time. I really, really want this kid but it's not looking promising.

At this point, a win is a win and a much needed one. But it seems we are reverting back to some of our bad habits early in the season. Terran is trying to do to much by himself and not letting the offense come to him. We had a possession that it was only a 2 man game with him and Pitchford and nobody else touched the ball. Good win but we need to play more team ball instead of one on one which we seemed to do quite often this game. Good win but we need to play better if we expect to win at Indiana.

And we wait another game for Rey to have a break out game. Needs to do it soon as not alot of games left.

We can beat MSU. We have done it. We have but not sure I'd want to try it again. Not so sure we'd have the same result the second time around.

It is crazy to think going to the NIT is better than making the NCAA tournament. Recuits want to go to a school that plays in the Big Dance. We don't need more games, we need to end the streak of not playing in the NCAA tournament.

Never been disappointed in Shavon. He is very well spoken and a great assest to this program.

This shit is about to get real. What an unbelievable ride by NU. Started about at the bottom and now we're here..... I've been a season ticket holder and have never been this excited. I love this program!!!

He won't go pro after this year but if he has another year like this again, he could make the jump after his junior season.

I'm just going to enjoy Coach Miles for as long as we have him.

I'm glad Ubel still follows the program but not sure it's fair to single him out as many former players still follow the program since their playing days. Ubel is probably just more vocal on twitter and social media about it then other former players. I would suspect that many former players still have a very vested interest in the program. It is great to hear some praise from those who came before this year.

That's not even a question as of course, you take the bye first round. The goal is to win the conference tournament so the less games you play, the better.

That is true that the talent would be there to be a tournament caliber team but the coaching wouldn't be. In Doc's last season, it was set up for that to be a tournament caliber team as well and we all know how that turned out.
