I agree. There are way to many timeouts and stoppages of play. I wish they would just make all the team timeouts 30 second ones but this is a good start to keep a little more flow to the game.

This seems like a misguided opinion. I disagree as think this post is dead on. Doc tries to use his charm and personality to cover his lack of coaching abilities.

He's following a guy who won a lot of games but didn't make the NCAA tournament. That makes sense. If that is the case, then he needs to improve their SOS as that was a huge draw back on him at NU. He always wanted to play a cupcake non-conference schedule. Hope he has better results there than he did here.

Deng Deng, a 6-8 forward out of Lee College, is one of the best unsigned players in the 2014 class and one of the best overall in the class. He has already taken visits to Baylor and Nebraska recently and is currently on a visit to LSU. Deng gave a verbal commitment to LSU last year when he thought he was able to leave as a 2013 prospect with three years of eligibility. He was not able to leave and returned to Lee for his sophomore year while reopening his recruitment. Indiana is still trying to get him in on a visit according to sources close to his recruitment. Deng has not decided whether he will make his decision or take another visit after the LSU visit is finished on Saturday.

Not to dampen this recruiting class but Hammond is no longer a top 150 player.

Well when you have players that didnt live up to the hype for the majority of the season and get round 2 evaluations of course they will come back. As it stands now the Harrisons are projected in most mocks for the 26th and 30th picks next year. There are lots of players who come out early who won't be first round picks (and aren't projected to be). There are only so many spots in the draft and every year, there are more kids declaring than there is room to draft. It shows they are smart kids and not just jump at the money. Even the 26th and 30th pick is decent money. Good to hear they are coming back to school.

Who ever said Kentucky only recruited one and done players. They have 3 now returning players not declaring for the draft who got significant minutes last season. They will be a lock to be preseason #1 in the country next year and with good reason.

I don't even think we are in the running for this kid. Guessing it will either be Iowa or Arizona State. Would love to have him but not sure we are even being considered by him.

It was sold out last year as well. I would expect the number of students to be about the same as last year. I hope I'm wrong and they fill the entire student section for every game but probably won't happen.

It would be a complete shock to me if Moses didn't end up here. Just give it time. I don't disagree that Moses will end up here but not sure this guy is exactly the missing piece we need. He didn't exactly light the world on fire at Georgetown. Based on his numbers, he was a pretty average player. This would be a one and done player but not with one and done type talent.

Would you go to class if you knew you were leaving at the end of the year and going to be making millions of dollars? I sure wouldn't be.

Why do you think these programs are less than ethical?

And keep in mind, there is a good chance Miles won't fill all 3 spots right away. He might hold 1 for the 2015 class or even 2016 class to try and get some top notch high school kids. So don't be surprised if we only sign 2 kids next week instead of 3.
