We should go all script. Something about our block letter font bugs me. 

ok...I don't do stats like a number you do you.  The football team is awful when they use the black uniforms.  How is the basketball team dressed in black? 

I remember I liked the black uniforms from the early 90's but I can't find a picture of them. Anyone have a pix?

I've been looking and I can't find one online so far.

There’s a YouTube video of the win over ISU where Lue went bonkers in overtime. I believe they wore black in those. Might be able to screen grab from there. (I also think our current coach played in that game...)

Here’s cookie in Waco against Baylor 

Looks like we had a couple black unis back in the day. One with a red stripe down the side and another without.

They're actually the same uniform. No stripe on the other side, just the N.

Lose the black uniforms. We are Scarlet and Cream.

But we're not cream, just white. 

I think this might be the first black uniform we had, if not it is very similar to what we wore in 1990-91 when they were debuted.

The 1901 team had N on the front, no numbers

A marked improvement from 1900's "make your own N" team

I like black uniforms. Not a fan of this version, though.

Lol...with no home crowds this year I say they let them go old school and have one design your own N game. 

Thanks for all of you that did the research that I was to lazy to do. I do like black as an alternative, but not a replacement for red.

I’ve long advocated for them to go full Oregon and do something different for every game.

Those were sharp. It's really too bad we had to douse them in gasoline and set them on fire after that performance.

1925-26 was the first year we had numbers on the front of the jersey
