My prediction rate for commitments is somewhere close to 0.00%. So, I'm emphatically stating that this is NOT a prediction!!!

But looking at Elijah's final-five list, it's difficult to imagine why he'd choose any place but Nebraska -- i.e., if he considers himself a center (which, presumably, he does). Here's why the other schools aren't good options for him:

Clemson: they've had only one four-star recruit from 2012 thru 2016, and they already have two under-class centers (a junior and a sophomore) getting minutes now.

Gonzaga: has a four star center (6'11" 235 lb.) committed for 2016.

Arizona St.: has a four star center (6'9" 250 lb.) committed for 2016. They've also scheduled a visit, for the same time as Elijah's, for a center (6'10" 225 lb.) transfer from UNLV--how's that for showing Elijah some love?

San Diego: (apparently, this is not a misprint--it's not SDSU) Elijah apparently has some connections from back home in Texas with this coach. But San Diego is not in the B1G or in a conference that is remotely similar.

So, unless Elijah views himself as a power forward, instead of a center, and unless he views Ed Morrow as a competitor for playing time (instead of someone he might play side-by-side with), it seems like Nebraska is his best choice among the final-list schools.

Any idea when he is expected into Lincoln? Hopefually the crappy weather does not impact his travels.

I was really fearing that, but now they are saying only 1-3 inches. But it will be cold, and for a southern kid it will be brutally cold. Hope that doesn't turn him off.

Well it's not exactly great weather in Texas right now.

Was just looking up stuff.. So for him to enroll, the school would need an open ship right now? Or could be be added either way? I'm not so sure he would want to join a school and have to pay a semester. Looks like gonzaga only has one ship left for 16' all depending on a big that will most likely go to draft and then they would have 2.

I see him listed as PF on Rivals, and C on ESPN.  What do we know about him in terms of being comfortable playing a true center?  Just got to thinking after reading OWH article on Morrow.

Look at some of his video.  He's able to spin on a defender in the form of a post move.

What I saw was that he tried maybe to be a little too finesse at times and not playing big.  He was good at it.  He could flip the ball up there and get it to go in like a Glynn Watson drive to the basket.  But I'd rather see him go up strong and draw fouls.

Still, that was HS video and the video clearly shows him having ability to execute what you'd call a post move:  "Back to basket, juke left, spin right, go up with the shot" kind of thing.

Not sure how much it matters who is 'lead recruiter' or not, but Kenya Hunter seems responsible for our past Bigs!

btw, does anyone know whether Thomas is on-site, and how long he will stay?

Think this is why San Diego is involved.

That's why he's visiting the San Diego of the Big 10

im really hoping, that their visit to San Diego, sort of like Okafor visiting us a few years ago, because when you compare what they have to offer to anyone else on the list it doesn't quite add up.

After looking through his twitter account, I think he ends up at Arizona St.

He's a big fan of the Arizona Cardinals. I don't remember if he has a friend that goes to asu or not. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up. No one seems to have any confirmation if he's in town or not. This guy is keeping it low key here.

I really like his use of right hand and left hand.  Can't tell which is dominant from video.
