During the GB-DET football game, they announced that Gene Serratore will be reffing the NU-Nova game on Tuesday night. Serratore is the lead official for the Packers-Lions game. Joe Buck stated that he'll be at that hoops game for all the Serratore fans out there. lol

George Washington just picked up a huge win against #6 Virginia. If we can somehow get matched up with them in the Barclay's Center Classic and pull out the Win that could turn into a huge noncon game down the stretch.

Rhode Island tips off in 10 minutes against Valpo.  RI is 1 pt fav going into the game.  The loss of Matthews is a big one for them.

Good day for the conference yesterday.  Maryland with a comeback win over GTown and Sparty with a big win over KU.

Maryland is legit, and Michigan State is unreal!  Valentine is a freak!

Another solid day for the Big Ten....Indiana throttles krayton, Iowa dismantles Marquette.  Marquette has not looked good the few games I've watched them now...but I may be wrong on Iowa.  They could be another NCAA team out of the Big Ten.  Rutgers had no business losing to St. Johns...and the refs screwed them over.  Outside of a few teams the Big East is looking weak this year.

Watched most of the Rutgers game...I think Deshawn Freeman is someone we should have gone after out of the JUCO ranks.  He would have fit in well with this team. I know we scouted him but never pulled thru with an offer.

That's a huge understatement.  What the refs did to Rutgers at the end of that game is punishable by jail time in a few states.

Miami is looking like a lot tougher non con game.  Really... with as many cupcakes as we got, we also have our fair share of tough, momentum building, RPI raising games as well.

Wisky lost to Georgetown 71-61 the other night. (although, this game wasn't a part of the B1G/BE Gavitt Tipoff Games, it was a different early season tourney contest).
