Out of Gary Parrish's rankings, Nebraska will face at least 7 of those teams (and possibly an 8th team with #25 Cincy in NYC): Maryland (#4), Michigan State (#11), Villanova (#12), Indiana (#13), Wisconsin (#17), Miami (#21), and Purdue (#26). And, Nebrasketball will play Indiana & Purdue twice.

 

It's not where you start; It's where you finish. 

 

 

True, but it is a 'starting point' for discussion, as in 10 games against preseason ranked teams would be roughly 1/3 of the schedule. Talk among yourselves...

It's the first game of a triple-header on Big Ten Network. Last year NU had the 2nd game (vs Indiana at 5pm) on NYE.

Xavier won by something in the order of ten or twelve, but I've heard they were the better team the whole way. Trevon Bluiett led the way for Xavier with 18, unless it was 15.
