Hoss, Waylon has been called many many things but an SOB could be worn as a badge of honor amongst them.

Must say that I've been a bit disappointed with Dough thus far in the NBA.  I really thought he would be a solid contributor on this years Bulls team and a Korver like 3 point shooter in the NBA.  I've watched him quite a bit as I'm a Bulls follower and he seems to be out of depth a bit and really struggling.

Happens all the time.

Remember Jimmer Fredette?

Yeah I had to google him to see if he was even still in the league.

Saw him play in Chicago the day after the Northwestern game. Was odd to see him running around at the two trying to cut through screens. Not a natural role. Watched a game on TV last week and he was just plain bad. Hoping they find a style that he starts getting comfortable in. nothing about the game looks natural for him now, it looks out of sync.

Wow, harder to get further "off topic" than this. Is this for real or is it like the Katy Perry-Taylor Martinez hookup that I just invented?

I think it's real, jimmy.  Apparently, Taylor has this blank space on her wall that she needs to fill with pictures of the guys she's dumped.

Per a source tied to the bulls Dougie's daddy contacted upper management asking why they aren't playing their top draft pick.  Shouldn't dad be concerned about being 8 games under .500 in conference play? Not contacting NBA upper management complaining about his sons lack of PT.

Dan Bernstein is a moron and anyone who believes him is equally moronic. Sorry but its the truth. The guy has zero respect in the Chicago area

False.

As a Bull's fan I find this concerning.  As a Nebraska fan I find this hilarious.

I have no clue if the "call" took place, but I can verify huskerbaseball's comment regarding Dan Berstein.  There certainly is the probablity that some do not like him, but a majority do like and respect him.  He has only has been the co-host of “Boers and Bernstein” since 1999. (If he is not respected and followed...why would he be a major market host for over 15 years?)  He also has been named “Best Sports Talker” by Chicago Magazine, he is the city’s only three-category winner of the Achievement in Radio Award (Best Reporter, Best Play-by-Play and Best Talk Show).

So one can doubt the validity of the story, but do not attack the messenger...

This comes from a die-hard Cubs fan who has reason to know a little bit about the Chicago sports scene.
