BTN released its complete TV schedule and Nebraska only has 1 nonconference game on BTN.

We had more nonconference games on FSN-MW when we were still in the Big XII.  I know all the conference games are on tv (in the Big XII there may have been 1 or 2 per year that weren't), but I guess it is a good thing I got season tickets this year.

On the flip side, I looked at Creighton's schedule (now that they are in the new Big East) and every single home non-con game is on some sort of channel.

Also, I know last year there was a little bit of a dissatisfaction with the amount of volleyball games on BTN and NET was limited with how many they could show.

BTN has the journey that is fun to watch, but having only 1 home non-con game on TV is a bit disappointing.

I would imagine that is more indicitative that the Huskers will be found more frequently on the ESPN family of networks in non-con than anything.

Just talking about home games since that is what the Big Ten has rights too and they are only on the ESPN networks once, which is the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.

We'll likely have more added along the line...like this:

And I'd guess some of the BTN Internet-only broadcasts will be shown on BTN TV as replays the following morning/afternoon, so set the DVR. Not a great option, but better than nothing.

BTN oversold their product like crazy when we joined. I saw a lot more games on the old ESPN 360 than I do now, and it didn't cost me extra.

It's down to win and you get seen. Lose and you don't.

Yeah, how many TV sets is the BTN on?  Compared to, say, Fox Sports 1?

Currently, BTN is in 90 million homes, FS1 is in about half that.

Ah, you're right, misread it.

I don't think it's going to be long before we see BTN2.  Especially now that we're adding Rutgers and Maryland next year.

This somewhat exists already with the BTN Extra channels out there.  That would take a lot of filler

Not necessarilly. In the DC/Baltimore area the RSN that covers the Nats and Orioles have two channels.  the second one is only active when there's overlap in the two teams playing.  They could do something like that and could then cover all football, men's and women's hoops and increase their coverage of the rest from there.  That said, i'm not sure there's demand for that.

I'm currently leasing an apartment that has a "mandatory" cable fee.  Time warner supplies the cable to the buildings and the complex pays them.  Because of this I don't have an individual account which means I miss out on all of the espn360 (or is it 3?) and BTN online games.  Really stinks. I hope BTN picks up a couple more.

Have you contacted Time Warner about this?  Or your landlord?  I'd think there has to be some kind of solution.
