Norm Peterson Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 Tough question. I hate to say it but no one really distinguished themselves in the post-Maric era. Ade and Jeter were certainly among our most solid and reliable guys. We had kids who had the potential to be MVPs but just weren't all there in one way or the other. That's really a testament to where our recruiting has been that we (I) can't come up with a real standout player since Maric left. Ugh. Quote
Huskerpapa Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 Ade...but as much as I love my team and our players...the future players must be MMV...that is, much more valuable. Quote
AuroranHusker Posted May 11, 2013 Report Posted May 11, 2013 As a true sign of the dirth of development/talent for the Huskers in the past 5 years, the two best performers are both 2-yr JUCO players for the Big Red: Ade Dagunduro & Lance Jeter. Silverbacked1 1 Quote

Didn't think about this until you posted it. Very true. Quote
