These were awesome and I was a glad to be a part of it. Only missed 1 home game all season, including non conference and holiday break games and that game that wasn’t a part of the season ticket package. It was impossible for me to make it, but the one home game I missed was….Creighton.

Boogie - leadership off the court and how you conduct yourself as a teammate will serve you well in the future

Allick - I will always advocate for a future Allick/role on the team. He is a warrior that plays with state pride and brought a lot of toughness

KT -

my ATF Husker basketball player - for more reasons than I want to go into right now. Let’s just leave it at…he helped change our program.

My son and I were able to go to every freakin' game, after that C.U. game, if someone would have said, oh yeah, NU will win all the rest of 'em. I'd have said you are full of it. But, looking back, getting trounced by C.U. and having that 2nd half meltdown at Minny, those might have galvanized this group to achieve some things that many not thought possible under Fred Hoiberg. Oh, and my son is set for his surgery on March 12, so it won't be long until he's back better than ever. GBR!!

Coleman - he could have been a big distraction since 12/29, which was the last meaningful minutes in a ballgame against a low-level So. Car. St. squad, Boogie had 6 assists in that one in basically a 2nd half garbage time since the halftime was a whole lot (50) to very little (11). He became a practice warrior, and his team respected that.

Allick - this is the glue guy, and I've always been fond of the glue guy. Josiah embraced that role on this squad, and his teammates responded to his elite energy and willingness to dive on the floor to maintain possession, after he did that a whole bunch you started to see guys like Brice & CJ do it too. It's that quiet leadership that helped will this squad to achieve & find a level of greatness at PBA. This team could beat anyone at home because of that elite 'gamer' skill of dudes like Sam Hoiberg & Josiah Allick out there leading by example. Oh yeah, and Jo had his career high in rebounds on Senior Night with 12 boards, his team needed him to do that to secure its third-ever conference unbeaten mark at home (1965-66, 2017-18). His only double double of the season, although he's had at least 10 double doubles in his entire career. A warrior on the court for the fellas, much respect!

Tominaga - beyond his crazy good shot making ability, hello 4-pt. play on Senior Day after he made at least 3 shots  last nt. near the bucket that were of the circus variety. Crazy good shot making ability, as in First team all-B1G worthy in my humble opinion, which he likely won't receive that but every team had to have a game plan to stop him & at least on Senior Night, Rutgers couldn't quite do it. KT scored 12 straight for NU when nobody was making a shot, as in, the game was on the line & Keisei delivered the goods. I don't recall a shooter/scorer that was 6'-2" 185# at the University of Nebraska who could make inside-outside shot making at an elite level like KT. He was unmatched in the annals of Husker history. And, add in the spicy variety of celebrations by KT, and he juiced this home crowd like only the very best Huskers could, ever. He is truly a one-of-a-kind dude, and I hope he has that One Shining Moment left in him to deliver the goods in March Madness too. Keisei deserves that Big Stage when all eyes in the country are on him to see what Tominaga will do next. I can't wait to see it! He could possibly be the reason a statue is erected outside PBA, let's see how it goes in a few weeks time. GBR!!

Coleman- A man who will go far in life.  How do we know this?  Dudes senior year went nothing like what he thought it was going to.  However he kept cheering, didn’t quit the team, and has gotten numerous shout outs for being a leader.

Allick- There’s always at least one post on another boards game thread that says “I wish we had a player that had that much heart (or hustle) and that sums up his time here.

CJ- The ultimate glue guy.  I don’t care that he’s been a little off shooting lately.  He’s played a pivotal role with where we are at today.  Another who could have easily transferred when his role diminished.

KT- Will go down as one of an all-time favorite group.  Can change a game in a heart beat.  The epitome of “we’re just here for a good time, not a long time”.  The only Husker in recent memory where I can remember someone hanging a Keisei Tominaga basketball t-shirt in their window.  Can remember some questioning why he was on scholarship after his first year here.  Now we must question how we’ll move on without him.
