Lots of hoops action this weekend and I thought why not have a thread to discuss what's going on.

Looks like Don Ovan W. played sparingly in Oklahoma State's 75-68 win over UT-Arlington:

We have an entire forum for this...

I thought about posting this thread over there...but it seems like about 90% of our posters don't even know it exists, so I posted this thread here instead.  @hhcmatt can feel free to move it over there if he sees fit.

Also, Drake pulls off the first sort of upset of the day, beating Kansas State in Manhattan 80-70.

Kind of wish we were playing the Cats now this year.

Rothstein already tweeted his usual "epitome of brutality" tweet. Glad it wasn't us this year.

Jeriah Horne had a good night from the 3 point line for CU tonight.  Brady Heiman was pretty much a non-factor for USD:

Georgia Tech is in a double overtime thriller against cross town rival Georgia State.  As it stands right now State leads 94-92 with 1:30 left in OT2.

(GSU is ranked just two spots below Nebraska in KenPom, BTW)

Likely will come to Lincoln at 1-2 too.

Man, we better beat them. It'd suck to lose at home to a team that lost at home in a buy-game. Epitome of brutality.

To make matters worse, it was to a team within their own city. I suppose their next opponent, Mercer, is a way to have a little bit of redemption in their state.

Pacific beat UC-Riverside 66-60. Jervay Green played nine minutes off the bench. He was 0-2 from the field with an offensive rebound.

He's now 1-1 versus UC-Riverside.

Ouch.  This brings back bad memories.  It’s like seeing your HS prom date at an alumni event.
