It looked like it hurt the guy really bad. I'll see if I can find the video. The game was at Fort Hays St. It looked like they may have been high school players.

Just had a similar play in the Ponca vs. St. Cecilia game. It was a hard foul on the blue hawks, the Ponca kid went into the standard. and an intentional foul was called. the game is getting a bit rough as well.

The original post was actually a High School state semifinal.  The game was between Hanover and Centralia Kansas.  Those two are heated rivals.  Really uncalled for, and can't believe that it was only a flagrant.

you just don't push a kid into the standard when in the air.

Nope.  There is a difference between a hard foul and really not giving a crap and trying to injure someone.  This one falls into the latter.

Yeah it was cleary trying to hurt the kid.
