Well, We'd be up there too if we didn't have to play all those lousy Big Ten Teams.  You know, like Minnesota, Iowa, Purdue, Rutgers and Michigan State that we Beat!

I really really don’t get it. 

 

A couple wins is could be an outlier. Clearly being the third best team in the conference of 6 NCAA teams isn’t that.

Still goes back to the early season losses. Losses to teams that are ending up with not so good win/loss records, and and others teams with weak schedules that we played.

 

Next year can be different. But that's a whole diferent subject.

Why is this tournament being played the same time as the men, a week early?  Seems to make absolutely no sense to me, when they could have televised the entire thing next week on BTN.  Also, why make the women compact their schedule for no logical reason?  Seems so dumb that there has to be a logical reason.  Anyone know what it is?

The women did not compact anything.  This is the same way it has been done for years.  It's the men who had to compact their schedule and play the tournament a week early

The women's tournament is not draw a big crowd. No matter how you would do it.

On the Big 10 website it says that the games may be televised on “Regional Sport Networks” and it says to check your local listings.  I wonder if there are any RSN’s that will televise our games??

I was checking it out last night and didn't see anything show up. So who knows, The big 10 sure screwed up this. Have the men's tounry. at the same time as the women.

Makes no sense to run them at the same time.  What better chance to showcase your conference?  At least, the Husker men and women games, are at different times.

I don’t know what there is on different systems, but DirecTv has alternate BTN channels- (BTN- 610, BTN ALT- 610-1, 610-2, 610-3, 610-4) i don’t understand why BTN don’t use those channels for these games.  The only time I have ever seen them used is for football games in the fall.

I saw that the women's games are being televised on Fox College Sports Midwest on my Spectrum TV guide.  If you have their cable it is ch. 319. if I recall correctly.  Will only know for sure when I tune in and I see it.
