Sgt Lincoln Osiris Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 Penn State jumped all the way to 71 RPI with their win tonight. Correct me if I’m wrong but that gives us another tier 1 loss with them in the top 75, right?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk hhcmatt 1 Quote

But we aren't impressing anyone really, it's kinda a meh numbers year but then again we're playing our asses off and not losing bad games for a long time now. HuskerFever Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 I'll put this on here now so @royalfan can start getting the RPIs/spreads/links ready for a jam-packed Saturday. We're only down to three more massive Saturday hoops days, so let's make them count! Saturday's Games of Interest: SMU/UCF - win/win opportunity here Texas/Oklahoma - keep knocking Texas down Syracuse/Miami - somebody get Syracuse out of the conversation Virginia Tech/Georgia Tech - a GaTech win can't hurt Providence/Butler - probably a lost cause here, but I'll go with ProvidenceIowa State/Kansas State - knock down KSU Michigan State/Northwestern - going with the OSU #1 seed Missouri/LSU - going with LSUAlabama/Kentucky - I think I'm actually going with Alabama in this one East Tennessee State/Western Carolina - knock down ETSUAir Force/Boise State - knock off BSUAuburn/South Carolina - don't think this matters anymore, but just in caseTexas A&M/Arkansas - tough one, but going with A&M in this one Notre Dame/Boston College - win/win opportunity NC State/Wake Forest - need to knock down NC State Florida/Vanderbilt - knock down UF New Mexico State/Seattle - somebody needs to beat these guys UNLV/San Diego State - need some help from SDSUSan Jose State/Wyoming - should be good now, but knock off Wyoming Kennesaw State/Stetson - small RPI boost Florida A&M/Delaware State - c'mon man! WIN ONE! Northern Arizona/North Dakota - small RPI boost West Virginia/Kansas - small RPI boostTennessee/Georgia - knock off UGA Nevada/Utah State - shouldn't matter, but why not? Marshall/North Texas - small RPI boostEastern Illinois/Tenn-Martin - small RPI boost Saint Peter's/Marist - you gotta win one, Marist! Middle Tennessee/Louisiana Tech - knock off MTUUT San Antonio/Charlotte - small RPI boostTexas Tech/Baylor - knock off BaylorRutgers/Maryland - going with the "played them twice" logicColorado/Washington - both teams lost on Thursday, but going with CU in this oneOklahoma State/TCU - tough one, going with OSUUT Arlington/Louisiana - need Louisiana to drop Western Kentucky/Rice - down with WKUNorth Carolina/Louisville - knock off LouisvilleOle Miss/Mississippi State - knock off MSU Utah/Washington State - knock off Utah Marquette/Creighton - win/win opportunity for usOregon/UCLA - knock off UCLAOregon State/USC - need some OSU magic here HolyBobpilgrimage 1 Quote

Which of the other 10+ games that effected our SOS went for or against us? I have to think at this point that when we have Michigan or Maryland play a team we've played twice we're better off with those Mich/Mary winning to put on our "these are the teams we beat" list than the minor bumps in SOS and RPI. royalfan Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 pleasantly surprised we didn't drop more with all of those losses. I think the last 25 percent, which is opponents opponents went up to offset that Ohio st purdue w. kentucky, lipscomb, long beach played teams with good records. Quote
Cookie Miller Wasn't Dirty Posted February 16, 2018 Report Posted February 16, 2018 Man, something crazy I just noticed is that USC (50) jumped 8 spots in RPI to 42nd after winning a home game against Oregon (80) last night. We won a home game against Maryland (59) and jumped up two spots. Quote
