    Tai's summer

Nice comment from BR in his chat today... I can confirm that Tai will be staying in Lincoln through the first summer session, which goes until the first week or two of July. After that, we'll have another update on his plans. He's going to have a busy and productive summer, I can tell you that. And yes, he and Terran have basically been camping out in Hendricks. I've heard those two are really getting after it, not happy with how the season ended and showing some serious determination. That shouldn't be a surprise with Petteway. It's a great sign with Tai.

Norm, The HHC math guide requires you to take the number of pages and divide by the Prospects Discussed to see when you reach the no commit limit. The formula is: # pages / PD = Zero Chance

"With Danny Manning at Wake and Maryland close to his home, I'd think they would be the favorites." Here is a lengthy Andrew White statement reported in an article on the Wake Forest Rivals board about close-by options for Andrew White: "Where I live there's great basketball, ACC country. It's a strong conference, so there's a lot of big opportunities here, but I'm not limiting myself to being in the Virginia, North Carolina region. If there's a situation good enough to where I think I'll be able to play and continue doing well in school I will go a lot farther out of Virginia. Kansas was 20 hours away, so I don't mind going far away if there would be a good enough basketball situation for me."

    Tai's summer

Hope he does get home though for some me time. Everybody needs to go home and eat mom's cooking, sleep in your own bed and hang with the boys. Tell them all the stories about Nebraska. Nit a long stay, just a battery recharging one. Then come back ready to compete.

  5. But he also speaks pretty highly of the Minnesota program as well. He also says facilities won't have that big of impact on his decision. This is a kid that I'm keeping my fingers crossed Miles can land but it won't be easy. On the bright side...he did not mention Bradley, Creighton, Iowa State, Iowa, UMass, Illinois-Chicago, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wyoming at all! But they were in on him first, dammit!

  6. Also: "It's possible I might still grow so who knows," said Morrow, who noted he has sprouted an inch and a half in the last month.

Mason would be a huge get in terms of scoring for any team. Between his probable need for the ball, his desire to make the NBA, and his Dad's involvement I'm not sure how disruptive he'd be to an established team like we have. I'm sure for a mess like they probably have in Auburn he makes a great band-aid. I don't see that he's committed to Auburn yet. I got the Auburn piece from the Twitter posts about him. Hit his name on the list and you will see the posts.

  9. If this thread hits 20 pages, does that mean we won't get any more transfers this year?

"Nobody else recruited Ayegba." According to the Lincoln Journal Star, the foregoing statement is not accurate. Here is a blurb from an article on the subject: "Ayegba said his relationship with Hunter played a key role in him coming to Nebraska. Indiana, Boston College, Miami and Long Beach State also showed interest in Ayegba as a transfer, he said."
