AuroranHusker Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 Nebraska's true freshmen PF Ed Morrow Jr. has put on good weight in the past 4-1/2 months, going from 208 to 228 and he reduced his body fat by 10% in the process. Go B1G or go home. Ed is going 'big' to play at home in the paint. Quote

AuroranHusker Posted October 29, 2015 Author Report Posted October 29, 2015 Wow, now why at 55, can't I do that? What do you mean, MOST people can't pack on another 20# while reducing body fat like that... Quote

I don't remember what he first checked in at but it was more like 218 than 208. hhcmatt 1 Quote

Norm Peterson Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 When you add a bunch of muscle weight (let's say 20#) without adding any fat weight, your body fat % will go down. So, he could have lowered his body fat % just by going muscle weight even without losing any weight in fat. Quote
jimmykc Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 If he would play in Australia, he would weigh 250 since he is closer to the center of gravity (please refer to photo of n00bs for the scientific proof) hhcmatt and Norm Peterson 2 Quote

Fullbacksympathy Posted October 29, 2015 Report Posted October 29, 2015 When you watch his work ethic on the court, being a beast in the weight room/dinner table should be no surprise. Add no twitter account to the mix (he doesn't have one), and this might be my favorite modern recruit ever. AuroranHusker and Red Don 2 Quote
