Friday morning.  They will be talking about all three schools (NU, CU, UNO) but I'm, betting the lion's share of discussion will be around NU.

That's a safe bet.

That's like, "We're having a round table discussion about the Governors' race, an unopposed candidate for airport authority, and a sewer bond issue in Gretna."

I'm betting the lion's share of that discussion would be around the Governor's race.  Just guessing.

In your analogy assumption, let me remind you that 1620 is the official station for sewer coverage in Omaha.  I'm sure there will be much talk of the 1-2 punch of Cloggs and Drainege.

Nice, Sharp and Benning are pretty solid.  Bahe is okay...I don't mind him but he can be pretty sensitive.  The afternoon show is just bad IMO.

It's not like there's any solid alternative. 1480's Necessary Roughness (Gregeth) is pretty bad too.

Sharp and Benning is the best we have on 1620 IMO. GameTime with Nick Bahe is alright. Has it's ups and downs. I am not really a fan of Unsportsmanlike Conduct. John Bishop is a huge tool! I have never listened to 93.7 The Ticket. Might have to check that out sometime.

Does anyone know who will all be making up the roundtable? I assume Sharp, Benning and Bahe but not sure who else would be included. Robin Washut? Any former Husker players?

thats some next level analogical discussion dimes. as previous posters have said sharpe and benning have been pretty good so far, and even Bahe has keep his love of Creighton manageable, will see in about month how long this continues.

Based on past history, I'd expect maybe 5% on UNO, 20% on NU, and 75% on CU. They spent an hour talking about Creighton last year for every 10 minutes they spent on Husker hoops. And, of course, if they get to talking about Dougie Mac and the Bulls, you can drop that 20% down to 10%.

My comment was meant to note that 1620 does the radio broadcasts for Jays game, not a crack at the talent.

I find Sharpe and Benning to be one of the top local radio shows out there and the best one on 1620. Bahe is best when he has someone to bounce off of so he'll add to this roundtable if involved.

With McBuckets gone, look for Cloggs in the lane and Drainege from outside.  Don't sleep on the top foreign newcomer Czeptik though!

My apologies if UNO was supposed to be the Sewer Bond Topic of Schools.

I actually like Nick Bahe quite a bit when he is not talking about Creighton. I have to turn it off when he talks about the Bluejays though.

Bahe is brutal.  Anytime he talks Nebrasketball it seems forced.  Yeah I get you work for them and played for them, but don't try talking Nebrasketball.  Anytime he references something about football back to basketball I can't stand it.  The two tools in the afternoon are horrible.  Not the same since Mike'l and Kevin left.  93.7 is ok.  Gaskins and Stevens are pretty good but Welch is brutal.  The guy doesn't know what he is talking about and his format is garbage.  What radio station doesn't take emails?  Sharp and Benning are by far the best and Gary is a big Nebrasketball fan.

Wow! I've been wondering if Cloggs was granted that sixth year of eligibility or not.  ;)

Wasn't there some talk last year about having a post game call in show for basketball?  I know Mike Welch has commented on here in the past.  I wouldn't mind 93.7 doing something.  I listened to drop the Mike a lot last season due to its Nebrasketball coverage.
