I truly think if they strike out about 10 times with transfers (graduate and ones that will have to sit out) AND give Vuc the boot he would be the replacement.

I feel more confident in Nebraska's ability to take a Center that is a project and develop them, now that Kenya Hunter is on staff.

This kid is obviously not the finished product by any stretch of the imagination. But 4-5 seasons of development under Hunter could be what he needs.

He may never even get an offer, so it may be a non issue.

I think Nebraska will obviously go after a Grad Transfer Center and that is obviously the best case scenario. Maybe Nebraska hits the jackpot and lands a Grad Transfer Center that can contribute right away. Then they can take Link as a development project...maybe even redshirt him for a season...

Craig Smith is the guy who works most with the bigs as far as I know. Kenya was brought in to replace Ben Johnson and coach the guards.

Appeared in all 36 games during the season ... averaged 3.8 points and 2.1 rebounds in 14.3 minutes per game
