Incarnate Word (4-0) vs St Edward's (8-0)

Not sure on this one.  St. Edward's as the game listed as an exhibition on their website, but nothing about that on Incarnate's side.  Maybe it counts as w/l for Incarnate but not St Edwards?

Isn't St. Edwards like a D2 school in the middle of Nebraska? Talk about a step up to the big boys game. You would think they would play like a C1 or B size school first.;)

I'm sure that Incarnate Word is just getting the lay of the land with their matchup in this heartland hoops event.

Incarnate Word 85 St Edward's 68 W

I think that Incarnate Word is an imposter but I'm not sure. They did beat a shaky Princeton squad on the road. They did play a lot of so-so teams well last year including almost knocking off last year's 32-3 Stephen A Austin team. Glad they play UTEP first so we get a view of them against a decent team.

Wow - announcers said NJIT has never even PLAYED a Top 25 team in its history previously ... and they win, 72-70 at #17 Michigan.

Looks like Webster's has a new definition of "bad loss."  ;)
