Prior to the season-ending 9-gm skid -- many which were within a two-possession game late -- the Huskers were in a tie for 4th after 10 conference games. It's not out of the realm to believe that AW-III would have made a huge difference in perimeter scoring/shooting & W's along the way in most of those dog fights where ALL of 9 didn't go Nebrasketball's way.
