According to Lee B, ISU dominated the scrimmage. He just has a little blurb on omaha.com. Basically says ISU dominated the interior and NU struggled with what most thought they would...PG play and scoring and knowledge on defense.

They had an intra-squad scrimmage on Sat with some HS coaches in attendance. In addition to some of the E Gordon All-Stars roaming the halls. Hopefully we were able to win that scrimmage.

Did anyone expect anything differently? This team is a work in progress. Hopefully we competed, but I certainly would have been astonished if we would have won.

Remember last year we really couldn't hear anything about the scrimmage.

Rumor was we won. This year Lee comes out and says some thing that we are to believe.

Kind of weird if you ask me. Just feels kind of wrong. Don't know why just does.

I can say, without any shade of a doubt, that we won it in OT last year. I wish I could post a picture of the evidence that I have of this, but I cannot.

This will never be put to bed though, and it's hilarious. I cannot wait til the ESPN 30 for 30 comes out on the Husker/ISU scrimmage of 2011.

Maybe the new staff was a little more willing to talk to Lee about the results than the previous staff?
