Three Best Players

For you Pomeroy fans, I have a question.  I remember reading something either on his site or linked through his site that talked about, when looking at team vs. team matchups, you compare each team's best three players and that comparison of a team's best three players with the best three on the other team is somehow predictive of the outcome of the game.

 

Does this ring a bell with anyone?  I just did a couple of google searches and came up empty.  TIA.

Gotta have Gallegos in the top three.  Sorry about that, but you do. 

 

Shields, Gallegos, Petteway...Tai is coming on strong along with Walter.  School is still out on Biggs.  Parker, Rivers and Leslee appear to be good role players at this point.
