Got a voicemail from Coach Miles today

He left a message thanking me for my past support and urging me to buy season tickets (which I've done already and have for years). It was clearly pre-recorded but still thought it was cool. I excitedly replayed it for my wife who promptly called me a dork!

I also got the call. I assumed it was because I wasn't renewing my season tickets. But I was naive and thought it was actually him. Stupid me.

Gov. Did it make you feel just a little bit guilty for not renewing? That's why I have caller ID and know how to use it. And for those suffering from spousal dorkdum, this is a generic wifely response to anything which doesn't fall into their realm of interest. If you wish a higher rating, just start taking more interest in the specials at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

I got a call as well. You could tell it was pre-recorded but still pretty cool. I know one of the players on the NU women's Bball team and they actually have to make personal calls to all the season ticket holders and thank them for their support.

Yes and no. But me not renewing my season tickets was out of my control.

Yeah caller ID works, but I hate missing calls from numbers I don't know.

Sure did! I kept trying to interrupt him to ask him a question but he kept yapping. Sounded scripted, Smells fishy....

Though I didn't get a call from Coach Miles, I did get a call from Te'ara Laudermill the other day. That was pretty neat!
