Double Dose of Shim Sham

Took in two snappy numbers by the Shimmers tonight.      They snuck those bad boys in at my daughter's dance recital. 

 

For enduring that, I do believe it moved me into first place in both the husband of the year and father of the year contests.

 

Troubling, very troubling.

There needs to be a No-Shim Sham policy at Pinnacle Bank Arena.  Seriously.  I would rather them just play sportscenter on that fancy new scoreboard or something during halftime...

 

But I guess nothing says brand new arena in the middle of a vibrant new area of haymarket development like the shim shams...

Maybe that's what it will take to reverse the curse put on Husker Hoops.  Kind of a slump buster concept.  I guess I'm up for it if that's what it takes.
