We had a nice season.  Round of 32 is about the best we can hope to achieve.  Clearly, the B1G is not at the level of the other conferences.

Had a lot of open looks, and quite frankly played good defense.  Just couldn't get the shooting going.

I won't necessarily bash the refs, BUT, if they are indeed Big Ten refs...they did squat to help us.

Meh, ran into a better team and had to play them on their home court in front of their fans. A tall order. 

Definitely progressed as a program this season compared to where we were a year ago. Offseason starts this week! Let’s build on this, coaches and players!

Trust me, the two chick are. Over on the HHC mens side you guys know all of those ref's. Over here I watch a lot of the women's games. And know most of the ref's.

OSU had at least 10 blocks. Pretty much a huge part of why we were not scoring,

 

But yes, a great season. Next year will be more of the same, but better....lots of wins. Lots of fun. 

 

This one stings but considering everything...the team did great. Proud of them, and to be a HUSKER !

Jaz, I just want to simply say thank you. The last 3 seasons have been a pleasure. Thank you so much for representing our university so well on and off the court.

Nice season. Now go find some length like we’ve seen in both of these NCAA games. 
That’s what it’ll take to get to the next level.

OSU has excellent size in every position. We played hard today but not well.  We never got over the intimidation factor of their length.  Fewer turnovers and more shots falling we might have had a chance.  They kept us at arms length the entire game.  Nice game from Coley and Nissley.

Was thinking the same thing at the half time. All these competitive teams have two or three athletic players at 6-3, 6-4 or more in some cases. 

It's already started, and It's just the way women's basketball is going to be in the future...bigger ...and bigger...and bigger.
