Don't look now, but Indiana is kicking PSU's behind at PSU. They will improve to 3-1 with their only loss being to us.

They held on! Big W @ Drake. Probably going to always be a Quad 3 for us,  but doesn't hurt.

Murray was 161 in BartTorvik and Drake was 69. Will be interesting to see how that changes. If nothing else, it's a big hit to potential at-large hopes Drake could have in March. They've lost to UIC and Murray State this week after going 12-0 in non-con. They were always a name popping up last year as a potential bid stealer. Hopefully we won't have to worry about hanging around the bubble in March, but if we are, this is helpful.

Looks like it did help in Torvik anyway, we're up to #28 there.  Still #33 in KenPom.

They seem to be a much better team when one of reneau or ballo is out.  I think reneau was out today

DJ Carstensen is officiating the Ohio State at Minnesota game.  He worked Big Ten games on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  The guy is on my TV more than an HGTV show.  That would be funny if you know my wife.

It’s nice to watch other big ten teams(like these two) and be able to say we are significantly better than both….can’t remember alot of years I thought that at the beginning of January

In the Pepper Brooks bold strategy department Minnesota gives a foul with five seconds left so State can't hit a three.  Problem was it was a two point game, Ohio State hits both free throws to tie and goes on to win in double OT. Gophers were also 12 of 27 from the free throw line.

DJ is the Hallmark Christmas movie actor of the B1G. It’s a different movie each time, sure. But it’s the same actor and basically the same plot line every dang movie.
