That part wasn’t surprising, I think Cale can contribute. But, it was interesting that Boogie hadn’t yet been in and I don’t believe he played against Michigan State. After the Minnesota debacle, I was ok with a DNP against MSU and KSU. His effort against Minnesota was unacceptable. However, I didn’t realize just how in the dog house he was until last night. He will get a shot at some point this year inevitably. Just need to be ready, and right now it does not seem like he is preparing to be ready. Credit to Fred for ripping the band-aid off. He'd basically be ending his college career if he did that. I think he'll get another opportunity this season, he just needs to be ready. So to my knowledge it’s currently free transfer season until the courts decide otherwise. If he was going to transfer, one would have to assume he’d have done it already. We’ll need Boogie at some point in the year, so I hope he is bought in and this is just a blip. I have to think there's a rule in place that once you take the court for one team, you cannot do it for another within the same season. At this point, Fred and staff must not trust him or his practice habits are so bad that he can’t be played. I think Hoiberg & Co. saw enough lazy passes and lack of effort to firm up their 8-to-9 man rotation to not include Coleman going forward.
