All — I just got a Twitter DM from Greg Waddell from Field of 68 (am awesome newsletter you all should subscribe to when you have a chance!!)

Hey Tony! Random question for you, but I’m a host with the Field of 68, and we are launching a travel series this week starting with a trip to Lincoln for the Purdue @ Nebraska game this weekend. 
 

Our goal is to showcase the most unique special places on campus in a full gameday experience as part of the episode. 

 

I saw you responded to the F68 daily call out for Nebraska yesterday, any chance you could share some recommendations of the best places to visit on campus?  Places to eat, bars, pre- or post-game spots, anything else essential as a landmark on campus worth seeing? 

 

Even anybody else we should reach out to that may be worth talking to?

Yeah it's become the go-to near campus eatery

 

If you're talking unique on the UNL campus, then you're talking the Hinsdale in Architecture Hall

Muchachos, Boiler Brewing, Barrys, Ivanna Cone, Kate Martin/Occidental, Honest Abe's. Campus is nice to walk through these days but no must see spots.

The holiday lights thing in Haymarket park is something I'd definitely miss out on.

Man, I don't know, they are kind of cool.  I viewed them after the Pentatonix concert, kinda-sorta got me into the Christmas spirit.

I wouldn't drive through christmas lights as part of a basketball tour but I will absolutely pile my kids into the car and drive through that maze for 20 minutes. Good family and/or holiday enthusiast fun.
