This must mean we're in business again : )    Wasn't sure Coach was still around.....been so silent this summer.

 

She seems to confirm the high quality of the freshman.... it was pretty apparent at the time they were recruited. They have some good experience at the HS level.

that's showing up already. Good depth apparently.

 

Like Coach said there's no time to dally around. We have to come out of the chutes fast.

I'm looking forward to see how the strength and conditioning effort by Kate, shows on the floor.  She wasn't too shabby as a pup, right out of high school. 

Also, will be fun watching how the new players fit in.  This should be an interesting ride.

Coach said that they were going to scrimmage ASU. And hoping Kate would be more consistent in her play. also said that defensive rebounding is being worked on. then she said that Mershon and Verbeek would be good rebounders.

She also said that Leigha Brown has a real nose for where the ball is going on offensive rebounds which should help us there as well.

Sure hope so.....rebounding weakness really showed when tourney time came around. 

 

Just another of those big steps we have to take, in getting to where we want to go.
