Miller makes a valid point if Ayton indeed signed with Arizona BEFORE alleged FBI taping took place. But the new American paradigm seems to be the leaker is always believed and the leakee is always covering up. Doubt Arizona would still have Miller on the payroll if there was any truth to the rumor.

I saw this and first thought "hmm, that's a great way for the AD to have the university put some financial liability behind how confident they are about this scandal." But on second thought, I was thinking "well what if Kansas got hit by a bad probation. Would the AD really want to have his/her name stuck with that for many more years to come?"

 

Very creative negotiation nonetheless.

So here is a question that begs to be asked.  If coaches aren't concerned about getting caught cheating and/or paying players, then why doesn't everyone do it?  Take it a step further.  Regulate the payment and pay all Division I players.
