Isn't Kentucky in the SEC?  Point is, they are in a power five conference.  It can't help but to build confidence.  Little things can be big things as you move forward.

We played pretty straight up in the first half.  Leaves me wondering how much experimentation will take place in the second half...okay, here we go.

Even though it is an exhibition...  You're not just up 57-34 against another Power 5 team unless you are a pretty decent team.

Copeland really struggling... and we have 57 points early in 2nd half up 19.  Really really good sign.

A few thoughts thus far:

 

1) It's really nice to have depth. E.g. Copeland hasn't scored much (1 for 8, 2 points) and we are having no problem on offense.

2) We could stand to improve on our transition defense. Miss St. is doing well on their transition game.

3) It's just an exhibition. But we look good.

Biggest thing so far, five minutes into the second half, is that we didn’t let off the gas and let them back into it. We extended our lead after half time. That is so very good to see. I was really worried to see what would happen that first five minutes and we won the first five minutes of the second half.
