College road trip to Iowa City for my son tonight.  I doubt they give him a bobblehead since he'll be wearing red.  Not sure what he and his buddies were thinking when they decided to go to this game,

Once you realize, freshman will be freshman, watching the game isn't as frustrating.  Seen some good, seen some not so good.  Consistency is not something you're going to get with 2 or 3 freshman on the court at the same time.

Yeah the good was we hit 4 or 5 to start game and well that's about it.  Just another really bad half of basketball.

Can this team have all their phases play well at the same time? They play decent offense the first 2 conference games, but struggle defensively. Tonight, the defense is playing decently, but our offense is dreadful. Just go for 45% from the field, and it is 10 more points, and we are up 1.

Are we going to be better next year?

Last year we thought it couldn't be as bad again.

Just another really bad half of basketball? Disagree. We didn't make some shots, but cold shooting I can deal with. We had open looks. If we heat up a little in the second half we'll be alright. This is a good team we are playing.

Agree to disagree.  I don't call 29% shooting good.  I don't call a half where you turn it over more than the number of assists you have good.
