Probably a bit of a challenge for Bo Ryan to adjust to a fairly new roster after two straight Final Four appearances, including a national runners-up last season. Ryan finished in the top 4 in the Big Ten every single season of his 14 full years as Wisconsin head coach.

Bo was my 2nd  favorite coach in the Big Ten.  Maybe even the country.

I originally thought this must be health related, but after delving more deeply it appears it was Gard's father's health which was involved and Ryan really wanted to do this last year. Hopefully it will work out for everyone but as we at NU know, the hand picked choices who follow legends do not inevitably work out. Best wishes to all except when they play the Huskers.

Would have been nice if he ended with a National Title.  Big Ten lost a good one.....now, hopefully we beat Wiscy this year.
