Still the best Husker basketball board anywhere, by far.  

 

This is especially evident on days like today.  When other boards are in meltdown, with mainly snark posts and trolling, this one has civil basketball discussions.   Disagreements are mainly respectful.  I learn from the knowledgeable hoops fans on here virtually every time I log on.   The hoops knowledge on here is high level.  That's not remotely the case on other boards.

100% right. Been on here since day 1…such an incredible board. Remember in the mid 2000’s when Dave said he was going to start this board back when he posted on the ESPN Big 12 basketball boards. Thank you everyone for the insights and discussions!

Well said, but I don’t think you need to qualify that statement with “Husker basketball”. This is the best sports board I’ve encountered, and it’s not even close.

This is the only board I post on. Nothing else could compete, I’m sure of it.

 

Just reading other teams boards makes me appreciate what we have here!

Same. I used to post on other Husker boards more, but now I only check this one.

 

@HB hit the nail on the head. Keep in mind there's a lot of good discussion on threads for WBB, softball, and baseball this time of year as well. GBR Always.

I haven't been as active on here as years past, but this is still my #1 go to place for husker hoops knowledge. I was able to go to most home games this year and plan on going to them next year also.

Reading this board is my therapy. I can’t imagine going through this alone.

I troll other B1G boards all the time. The level of knowledge and respect shown on this board far surpasses most others that are out there. Sure, we get frustrated like anyone else (see almost all game threads), but cooler heads almost always prevail on HHC. 
Today was a low day! That’s why I’m gonna stick close to the transfer portal thread for the next couple of weeks to help me get through it! 

I love this group. I’ve never met any of you and I feel like I’ve known you my entire life.

My fingers are crossed for this staff to have a positive fishing expedition in “Transfer Lake” over the next several weeks!

I unfortunately sometimes go to a different board and it’s full of football diehard turn casual basketball fans who are clueless and not invested, but super vocal.
