No idea about next year...but just might bet the farm on Baylor this year. 

 

Baylor just looks so strong overall...and they don't seem to be doing anything that strains them...rather just going through the motions...of extreme confidence. Especially inside the paint.

For me personally, not at all.  She dropped 40+ lbs and has become a much better player.  I also get the feeling that she has matured quite a bit.  She has put herself in position to be drafted to the WNBA.

Happy for the Nebraska girl.  Hard for me to not think,  "What Could Have Been".   Just wasn't in our cards.

Her leaving was best for Huskers, Nd and jess.  Everyone benefitted from that including us. It let Huskers form new identity and recruit freely; and she had to hit bottom to become what she was always capable of mentally and physically. Rarely do all sides benefit but in this case I think they did.

Jessica Shepherd is a fine player who contributes to the success of a great Notre Dame squad.  She is surrounded by great players, she would not have had that luxury at NU. I am interested how she will do against the two bigs for Baylor.

No fan of Baylor; I'll be rooting for Notre Dame!      (I can't believe I just said that!  )
