all they can do is try to get better. forget everything else and just focus on getting better. sometimes knowing that postseason is over for you can help in that regard.

there's talent there to make a tourney the next season or two, but they have to get a bit better at this game first.

keep the faith!

Tough,Tough Game.  Good News, Bad News - Tai reaches 1,000 career points; Husker's lose 81-70.

Tale of the Loss(s) -  Opp makes treys (9-19); we don't! (3-20)  Opp makes more FTs' (18-23) vs. (13-16)

We are just too inconsistent in our shooting.

(To paraphrase Miles, Seems like we are Loving the Rim ok; Maybe we should learn to Like the Three a little more.)

Spot on, will keep watching and cheering.  Just hard to watch other teams (and their young players) make open 3s and we struggle year after year with it.

Today was a good effort by a short handed team.  We have to look for positives in the development of players.  Our shot selection is questionable at times which contributes to scoring droughts.  Tai made the game too personal and it cost the team.  The team continues to compete and I like that quality

Jordy will be a force before he leaves the U, Now if Miles & co. can get a backup that would be excellent.

Exactly...I don't see how it is so hard to get a somewhat talented big to come here. They are definitely going to get playing time. Is it something with the coaching style, style of offense/defense? I just don't get the lack of big man interest. We have talented guards. Just need that extra big to go with them. I have not really seen anything on Copeland but I'm guessing from his frame his is more of a 3/4 hybrid than a true 4 or 5.
