FWIW Walt was also playing with 3 fouls. We basically had every offensive threat we had either on the bench due to fouls or playing while trying to notget hit with one. Meanwhile Craft was allowed to play linebacker all game.

Advantage/Disadvantage applies to all fouls and isn't just an NBA rule. If they don't feel it swings to either side they don't call it. People also don't fully seem to understand what travelling is. To be called for a travel a player first must A. Fully posess the ball with control and B. Establish a pivot foot. Lots of times for example, a player will slash to the basket recieve a pass and make a layup and people start screaming for a travel because the player took 3 or 4 steps. In reality it doesn't matter if they took 20 steps as long as 18 of thrm came before they fully established those two requirements to qualify as a travel.

Meh, We're fine. I think 10 seed in St. Louis is probably right. Providence killed Southern Miss and BYU goes to Dayton. There are about seven teams that have far more sweating to do than us... and that doesn't even include Iowa. JMO

If we as fans do our job filling the seats, the administration does its job writing the checks and providing the resources and the staff does their job recruiting and coaching... everything is in place to make Nebraska Miles' final college stop. But if all that happens I doubt it's his last stop. If 5-6 years from now the Timberwolves or some other NBA team offer him a job I would think he takes it.. And I would in no way hold a grudge if he did. Thing is, regardless of wether he's here for 25 years or leaves at the first big offer' We just need to make sure we've put ourselves in position to be an even more attractive option for landing the next great Husker coach as we were for Miles.

You put too much stock in what Lunardi says. Lunardi is a smart guy but he also incorporates espn's stupid BPI matrix in his rankings. (NU is around 60 in the BPI) and the actual committee does not factor in the BPI at all.

Guess I assumed the the margin of victory there as opposed to here would be the next tie breaker. What is it?If that's the case it makes sense... i was under the impression the 2nd tiebreaker was best conference win.

Not that it's a huge deal -yet, but with NU and OSU tied at 9-7 and noone else affecting the scenerio why is every ranking showing OSU as the 4 seed and NU as the 5 seed when we own the highest tiebreaker?

I think I've gone from thinking Groce was amazing qnd hoping was going to coach the Huskers to wondering if he's the worst coach in the conference. That blows my mind. Such good coaches in the B1G.
