I really, really, really, want them to get into Maui. A big year next year could get them in that conversation, maybe even a big finish to this year. We haven't been there since 87. Can't imagine there are many high-major teams that have have gone that long without making an appearance there. They've got the 2014 and 2015 fields set. Would love to get in the 2016 field, which would be Tai's senior year. That'd be sweet.

I don't think you want to get away from doing what's got you to the position you're in now. That's not running the press. If this team can stay in the moment, they shouldn't need to do anything exotic the next two games to win.

We've had a couple of those moments already this year and passed those tests. I think this team is pretty locked in right now.

Ya keep working with him and as he gets more comfortable here, you hope his game will begin to emerge. You hope he stays here over the summer and work on his game with his teammates. I believe that Miles is planning on doing one of those summer trips with the guys, which could be huge for them and Tai might have the most to gain in that regard.

WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Of course this was the game I had to miss...what are ya gonna do... - I got to the second media time out of the first half before I had to leave, we were up 13-6. Listened to the next media time out in the car, it was 15-15, I think, then I was in the dark for the next three hours. I left my phone at home so I wouldn't have it spoiled. Took all sorts of twitter flack for it, deservedly so. But I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, even being three hours behind. Holy crap, that was awesome! - Pitchford was Petteway's dancing partner tonight. It almost seems like it's Petteway and someone else. If we ever get Petteway plus Pitchford plus Shields all on the same night or maybe someone else has a big game, that's going to be a fun night. - The color commentator said it right, the six early points from Rivers were bonus points and might have been the difference in the game. He's been a man possessed of late, really fun to see. - Not sure what Shields final line was, he struggled a bit, but hit a couple big shots in the second half. - Miles has taken some flack for his in game coaching at times this season, but this was one of the better games, IMO by him and the coaching staff in their two years here. - This is Terran Petteway: - I want to watch a replay of the game with the radio call and an iso cam of Kent and Matt in the corner. - The conversation has now changed. The bubble talk is now legit and reasonable. The team needs to take advantage of what is in front of them and put the hammer down on Penn St. and Purdue this week. - This is pretty much how I feel tonight.

Rich King scored scored 31 vs. Harvard on 12/1/89 and Eric Johnson dropped 30 on MSU a night or two before in a loss. So, it looks like that total of 4 is correct.

Same thing happened at Michigan last year. But this team is very different from those teams. They haven't really demonstrated the toughness on the road that last year's did. I hope they do tomorrow, but they haven't really done it yet vs. our highest end opponents.

I don't agree that there's much on the line (for us). But they need to play like there is. They can't have a Creighton/OSU/Michigan performance, though. They need to show some fight.

Couple of things: - Shavon went 15-15 to tie Moore. - Yeah, that was right about Parker's minutes. Total stud game from him tonight. Solid, solid stuff. - Honestly, I don't think about Miiles leaving. If he does, so be it, but it's not something I spend a lot of time thinking about, if any.
