Certainly could have made good money staying here for another year trying to improve his game/draft position though maybe his development will be faster in Charlotte.

In 3 years with Fred we haven't had over 300 offensive rebounds (23.1% Oreb%) in a season which is what you get when you have a team that doesn't excel at rebounding who is playing to get back on defense. The roster alone probably gets us to 300 offensive rebounds. Will be real interesting to see how much we lean into crashing the boards.

The biggest takeaway for me is that we recruited a PG to play PG

I find the NBA Finals a bit more compelling this year because I don't think of Jason Tatum as a superstar though he is and thus the Celtics seem like upstarts. Signs of the time how people care more about going on off the court when it's possible to just check in and watch the world's best players if one wants.
