This wasn't "leaked"...it's right off the KLIN stream where they broadcast every single off the radio break. It's pretty telling that the facebook feed for the show on the 16th was pulled and replaced with the radio link.

If the Athletic Department wanted to save the money, do a better job at negotiating the contract. I very much understand in a vacuum this is a large amount of money but in the big picture you're talking about hamstringing the flagship program over a Power 5 school rounding error.

Last year was the 'greatest class of all time' or something of that nature so I'm not real sure I'm buying that this year's group of guys who wouldn't crack the top 2-3 list of recruits to places like Michigan and Ohio St is going to set the world on fire. There are always guys though and sometimes they surprise in the good way but I don't think we're going to Jimmy and Joe most of the teams we face this year. We're trying to figure out if Hoiberg is the guy and part of that was cleaning house on the assistants. If we're lucky, the biggest thing holding us back was a dysfunctional and general lack of chemistry. I'd agree that in lieu of actually winning, rolling out a team like Minnesota last year where they didn't win a lot of games but they busted ass and played like a team would lead us to believe that we might actually have the right coach.

Seems like the actual problem was that we hired a coach that was a legendary player to a very large contract and he wasn't at all up for the task.

If it's better to hire a coach this year instead of last year, then it was worth waiting.

I suspect if you run with the right crowds or visit the right message boards this is extremely old news. Otherwise, the dirty laundry tends to not get aired, especially when you're talking about someone who's been held in such high regard here as Frost.

You're starting to hear stuff come out publicly about how mediocre of a job Frost was doing that makes the decision to fire him less of a question about why we didn't wait until Oct 1st and more of a question about how lucky was Frost to still have a job this year.

I highly doubt this event will approach being sold out. That gives you three options 1. Buy tickets for all the sessions and try to sell the ones you aren't going to attend 2. Try to buy tickets from someone selling single session tickets 3. Eat the games that you might not make I think you'll be successful with #2 but it just depends on how comfortable you are buying tickets off of Stubhub, etc
