At one point I was focusing a lot of attention on Kate Upton but the feeling wasn't apparently mutual.

I guess that means we didn't miss the tournament this year. A perfect year for our season to not count against us!!! It would really be unfortunate to have a team ranked #7 in the country, let's say that team also wore blue, and then to have the tournament just cancelled as if the season didn't happen!

Kansas is way out in front of their cheating scandal. If you don't participate, they can't punish you for it!!!

Probably depends on how old your wife is and how long you have been married

I am claiming a 4th place finish in the BIG tournament for Nebraska this year! Sorry, need a little levity.

We live in a society where the media has to rush to be first and to generate the most clicks. Facts be damned and let's ignore the horribly negative effects this has on the people involved by rushing to judgement or jumping to premature conclusions. -

Yikes, this is scary but agree everyone needs to let all the facts com out before condemning Fred. Sending thoughts and prayers to Fred for a speedy recovery, whatever the issue. -
Nebraska (7-24) vs.Indiana (19-12) Game Thread

I don't disagree with you. My point was is that it's really unfair to call Hoiberg and Nebraska reckless without additional context. Like I said, what if he just felt tired earlier with no other symptoms? As @hskr4life said, the easiest solution is take the decision out of the players and coaches hands. -

"Reckless"....while this could be a true statement, much more context is needed before jumping to conclusions. I find it hard to believe that Fred would coach knowing he had a fever or other Corona virus symptoms.. Perhaps he felt off earlier today and given the intensity of the day and game it hit him all at once. Cut the guy some slack, send him prayers and hope he gets better, and let the freaking story evolve before burying him and Nebraska! -
I would be ok with the NCAA suspending the rest of the basketball season and declaring Indiana champions and us runner ups.

Just another reason why it was good we tanked this season to avoid having our first tournament win in front of no fans. I can't imagine a more Nebrasketball scenario for us long suffering fans. If this ever did happen while we were in the tournament, I could only hope they cameras would show Kent twerking at half court so we could all live vicariously through him!

It feels like this is a passive-aggressive critique aimed at Nebraska's play!

Banks with 7:00 to go in the first half. He is ejected 1 minute later after pancaking three Indiana starters. -

I think Frost just pulled one over on Fred and we are going to see Yvan as a TE next year! -
Mack/Burke BOTH suspended indefintietly

Will this happen while he is on the court or falling off of it??? -
I have grown tired of the repeated issues. As I said in the game thread, if Cam Mack leaves, I will no longer look at it as a huge loss. You can't count on him from game to game to be available. He clearly struggles to make consistently good choices; otherwise, he wouldn't have been suspended several times this season. Of course, he wouldn't be the first kid his age to have maturity issues. It's just, when is enough finally enough for the betterment of the entire team? Leaving the scene of an accident is, at best, a terrible lapse in judgement and I don't buy the story that he didn't know he hit the woman. There is clearly a pattern of behavior with Cam and if he moves on or Fred moves on from him, so be it. Give me a kid who is less talented but you can count on to be available every single game. Having said that, if he is still part of the team next year, all we can do is support him and hope for the best. I do really like your point on declaring for the NBA and having him go through the draft process. The feedback he gets will be brutally honest, not just from an ability perspective (i.e. NBA guards need to be able to shoot much better than he does) but he will certainly be hammered on all of the off court issues. If that doesn't resonate with him, nothing will.

I have to be honest, I am done with Cam. As they say, the best ability is availability and we just cannot depend on this kid to make the right choices. I wish him nothing but the best if he leaves but I will no longer look at it as a huge negative. If he can't get the message after the first, second, third suspension, it's just not going to click. I don't really care if talent wise we take a small step back but invest his scholarship in a kid with a good head on his shoulders that we can count on. It's just not fair to the rest of the team.
