I gotta confess, that image of a Nebraska player on his back, far from any action, with two Hurricanes on top of him, holding him down, trying to hurt him is one of the most revolting and offensive things I've ever witnessed on a football field. Inexcusable. Indefensible. That the Miami coach and players tried to spin it positively speaks volumes about them.

Nice article in OWH this morning about Kalenta. Her mother played on USSR team, and her father is a coach. Has a brother 6-8 that also played. She had a chance to play professionally in Europe, but instead wanted to get her pharmacy degree, and going to the US to college was the way she could accomplish it. no disrespect but from going to jc to big 10 15 ppg is setting the bar way to high. If she avgs 10 ppg and 5 reb it would be a huge addition.

I feel like 15 is way too high to expect. That would've made her the second highest scorer by 1 point over RT last season. She showed up late and it will be an adjustment period for her. I think 8 points should be hopeful as the rest of the team will pick up the rest of Jhoops production.
