As much as I loathe the new state tourism slogan ("Nebraska Nice") and the volleyball clap during opponent intros (in lieu of the "HUSKER POWER" chant), I now have definitive proof that Nebraska isn't the only place where the powers-that-be are trying to impose highbrow, golf course standards of decorum on rowdy fanbases of arena sports:
