Perhaps Davison has played on varsity since he was a freshman (and that is unusual for his school).

Actually in Minnesota and I think the Dakota's you can play varsity sports as a 7th grader. I had a friend who's grandson was wrestling varsity in the 7th grade up there.

While I don't disagree with that, I just think he stays in Minnesota or goes to Wisconsin.
