I could see us being similar to how Iowa was this year.  They played every team tough and they are set up to be pretty good this season.  I just want to see progress in the right direction, which I fully expect.

That would be a nice step-up to 9-9 in the B1G, and a runner-up finish in the National Invitational Tournament (25-13).  And a very good record at home, too. I'd have to think that would be a huge improvement over the "3 out of 4 seasons w/ a losing record" that Nebraska dealt w/ lately.

I think we could make the step up to being more competitive in our losses while taking our lumps as we learn how to win as Iowa did this season (whoa, what a terribly written sentence, but you get the point). I don't see us getting 9 Big Ten wins, though. That would be an unbelievable jump.

Penn State will be much improved. Don't think of this year's Penn State team when thinking about next year.

Same could be said about Iowa. Will be disappointing if we don't beat both Iowa and Penn State both this up coming season. Both lost a lot of close games...so did we. tux

Illinois has a lot of talent coming in and PSU and NW are the two worst teams until they prove otherwise much like we had to do last year.  I have no idea what Minnesota will be.

If Frazier played this year imo he was  a 2-3 win difference and they probably finish ahead of last year.

Maybe, but he didn't play and they've been very bad for a while, so until their results improve, it's hard to suddenly say they make a big jump.  Much, like I believe NU will make a big jump in the next couple of years, I can't actually say they're better, until they actually are.
