Mrs cip and I saw B.J. Thomas in Grand Island. It was the first concert in the new arena.  No booze was sold then.  Yep, that didn't stop me.  :) Anyway.  He was really good!  He didn't talk much between songs, no stories, he just sang.

He STILL packs em in on these “Outlaw” Boat Cruises with Jason & the Scorchers, Mavericks, etc. My friends just saw him on one awhile back & said he was GREAT!

Always liked to catch the local Lincoln band Lie Awake when in town.  Believe they often played the drumstick.
