ANYBODY HAVE ANY GOOD NEWS?

The Nebraska football team just got upset as did the volleyball team.  I turned to my favorite team which is NU WBB and as usual have found nothing in the news papers so I came here looking for anything to cheer me up.  Anybody have anything positive?

Had a nice rain today that was much needed around here.

Not sure if this is good enough to save the day, but all 4 of the 2018 recruits were at the FB game today.

It appears to me that the only criteria to coach at Nebraska is being a nice person.  Well, I know many nice persons who have no ability to coach and that seems to be what is happening at Nebraska.l  Gone are the days when we had  teams competing for a national championship and now we can't even compete in the league. and yet some even get extended contracts.  It may be time to get rid of our athletic director because things have gone south especially since he has been our leader.  None of our programs, men's or women's, is good right now.  Not only do our head coaches not seem to be able to coach but their assistants also.  Well, maybe a better day is coming although I have said this for a very long time and things just seem to be getting worth.  Folks, N. Ill. was not a good football team although we made them out to be national championship calibre

Had 5 recruits today. All 4 2018 commits and a very good 2020 kid

Cook will come back with this team and win a bunch....Riley not so sure.

 

Really looking forward to women's basketball season...think we have some "gamers" that are real competitors.

I'm hoping for marked improvement in the WBB team this year - some potential there.  MBB not so much.  I honestly feel the FB team has 1 (maybe 2) more wins this season and that is it.  Cook is in a rebuilding year IMO opinion and will be fine.  Eichorst needs to be shown the door.
