    I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I would venture a guess from '75 to '05 KU had a losing record in Lincoln or damn close to it. Staunch KU supporters wouldn't view us like MIZZOU, but even they would admit it wasn't just any old game.

    Probably talkin' completely outta my a** here, BUT could NU/Hoosiers, replace our old KU rivalry? As in, the one Big Time program we seem to go toe to toe with and win maybe more than we should? I sure hope so, and wild speculation is fun!

    After the Badger win @ the Barn, speculation began about how soon Pitino would leave for a better job, and how high they would be ranked after they beat us and Northwestern. But, that is the nature of the beast here in Frontrunner's ville.

    I live in the TwinCities and assured everyone last week the Huskers would win in Lincoln, especially with Hollins out. Everyone laughed and laughed and talked about their BIG Wisconsin win. Well, needless to say this week at work has been sublime, Now let's beat the Hoosiers!

    Everyone has the will to win. But, do you have the will to PREPARE to win? We need to bring an attitude every time we walk onto the court, and right now it ain't happenin'.

    Dre Hollins confirmed OUT, Big Mo' Walker played the game of his life against Wisconsin. That won't happen again in Lincoln. This game needs to be a "W".

    I believe we've lost 37 of our last 41 Conference road games, that trend needs to stop. Neutralize their backcourt, particularly Frazier and we should be in good shape.

    We are about to embark on a 4 game winning streak. Schedule sets up nicely, @PSU then the Gophers & Hoosiers in Lincoln. This is where the blowhards on the BTN Say, "Wow, they DO have a basketball team".

    You are correct sir. Starting QB Charles Thompson was selling Coke & Guns out of his dorm room, and it DID cost Switzer his job. But, let's not forget Oklahoma was the original outlaw program.

    Not going out on a limb here, but, we'll win a couple we should lose, & lose MANY more that we could win. I've seen everyone else in the Conference play by now, and yes we match up with most. BUT until we win, and start believing we can win, it's really all just conversation.

    Alot of people on the Iron Range have a strong aversion or downright dislike for the Twin Cities. Don't assume the Gophers have the inside track. Lincoln might just be what "Big Al" and his parents have in mind.
